Where
Settings → AI instructions has several levels:
- Writing style — tone, form of address, sentence length and language preferences for all generated text.
- Formatting — how the Format action shapes text.
- Translation — tone and rules for AI translations (formal or informal, for example).
- Per field and content type — an example output and detailed rules, such as “Product description: three paragraphs, one bullet list of materials”.
Writing good instructions
The more concrete, the more consistent the result. A short real example from your own shop often works better than a long list of rules. Say what the AI should avoid (superlatives, certain words) and how long you expect the result to be.
