Sitemap

Shopify generates sitemap.xml itself. Under SEO → Sitemap you see what is in it and get suggestions for pages better left out — thank-you pages or empty collections, for example. An exclusion sets Shopify's seo.hidden metafield and can be undone at any time.

IndexNow

IndexNow notifies Bing and other search engines immediately when a page is new, changed or removed, instead of waiting for the crawler's next visit. The app sets up the required key and reports changes automatically — including when you publish or hide pages in the bulk editor.
