What a task is
Translating into every language, large bulk saves, a crawl, AI runs over many entries: anything that takes longer than a moment starts as a task. You can keep working or leave the page in the meantime.
The bell at the top of the app shows how many tasks are running and tells you when one finishes. Under Tasks you find the full list with status, progress and — for failures — the reason.
The statuses
- Pending — the task is waiting in the queue.
- Running — it is being worked on.
- Completed — everything went through.
- Completed with errors — part of it succeeded, the rest is listed individually.
- Failed — nothing was written; the reason is in the task.
