What it is for
Brand names, product lines and technical terms have to be right in every language. In the glossary (Settings → AI instructions → Glossary) you enter a term in the primary language and decide per language whether it stays unchanged or gets a fixed translation.
When it applies
The glossary is added to every AI translation automatically — in the editor, in the bulk editor and in automatic translations. It does not apply when generating new text in the primary language; that is what the AI instructions are for.
